Private and Comfortable Therapy Rooms
Each room is thoughtfully designed with soundproofing, cozy furnishings, and soothing decor to create a calming atmosphere. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, adjustable lighting, ergonomic seating, and flexible booking options to accommodate diverse needs.

Group Therapy
Crestview Health provides support groups for persons facing various challenges, including sorrow and loss, depression, anxiety, substance dependency, and others. Group therapy offers individuals a peer support network, enabling them to share and discuss challenges with others experiencing similar circumstances, while being guided by a skilled mental health expert.

ARMHS
Crestview Health offers Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS). Skills therapy encompasses activities that rehabilitate a client's abilities necessary for managing their condition, treatment, and the demands of daily independent life. ARMHS is accessible to residents of Minnesota who are beneficiaries of Medical Assistance (MA, PMAP).

Housing Stabilization Services
Housing Stabilization Services is a new Minnesota Medical Assistance benefit to help people with disabilities, including mental illness and substance use disorder, and seniors find and keep housing.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Evidence-based treatment, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), was developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan. Originally, it was developed to address borderline personality disorder, a condition that is distinguished by intense, out-of-control emotions, self-harm, and highly suicidal behaviors. Now, DBT has been demonstrated to be effective in the treatment of a diverse range of mental health disorders, including chronic depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and addictions.
